VeraTrade Bundle Options & VeraTrade Impulse Futures Trading Systems

VeraTrade 5.0 — VeraTrade Market Confirmation System (Engine Upgrade)

Includes both systems — beginner and advanced trading tools

“See the move early. Confirm it clean. Manage it automatically.”VeraTrade Flow 5.0 is a full-session market confirmation system built to help you spot directional intent, wait for true confirmation, and manage trades with a clean take-profit roadmap + invalidation clarity. It’s designed to run smoothly overnight, pre-market, and during the New York session with the same consistent behavior.

Best Setup (What to Load + What to Watch)

Recommended chart timeframe (for best results)

LOAD the indicator on: 15m

WATCH / execute using: 15m as primary

Optional quick checks:

5m for “micro timing” (entries feel tighter)

1h for broader context (trend direction + structure)

Simple rule:

15m is the control tower. Use 5m only to fine-tune timing — not to override the 15m read.

Arrows (The Heart of the System)

Early Signals (Bright Orange) — “Heads Up / Directional Intent”

Bright orange arrows are the early warning layer

Designed to alert you that the system sees intent building

Prints at candle open

Meant for:

awareness

preparation

watching the next confirmation

Not meant to be treated as the same strength as confirmed execution

Think: “The system is leaning here — get ready.”

Confirmed Execution Signals (Solid) — “This Is the Trade”

Solid GREEN = confirmed bullish execution

Solid RED = confirmed bearish execution

Prints at candle open

These are the signals that trigger:

TP ladder

invalidation tracking

and the full execution roadmap

Think: “Now the system is fully aligned — go time.”

Take-Profit Ladder (TP1 / TP2 / TP3)

TP Ladder Prints ONLY with Confirmed Signals

TP levels appear only after a confirmed arrow prints

Gives you a clean trade roadmap:

TP1 = first target / reduce risk

TP2 = continuation target

TP3 = extension target

The ladder exists to reduce decision fatigue and help you:

scale out with structure

avoid emotional exits

stay consistent

Best practice:

Many traders take partial at TP1, manage stop/invalidation, then let the rest work toward TP2/TP3

X Invalidation (Risk Clarity)

The X Means the Setup Is Invalid

X prints when the system determines the move is no longer valid

It’s your “hard stop” visual

Helps you avoid:

holding hope

re-justifying a failed setup

overstaying a trade

Simple:

Arrow = entry alignment

TP ladder = roadmap

X = the trade thesis broke

 Execution Badge (Multi-Timeframe “Radar”)

 What the Execution Badge Does

The execution badge is your real-time status readout. It’s designed to summarize confirmed execution activity so you can quickly understand:

what the system is seeing

whether the system is aligned for execution

and which timeframe is driving the current confirmed state

Important distinction:

The execution badge reflects confirmed execution signals

It is not meant to “stack” early+confirmed at the same time

Use it like your dashboard:

“What is the system currently aligned to do, and where is that alignment coming from?”

 Exhaustion Badge (Momentum Warning System)

Exhaustion = “Proceed Smart, Momentum May Be Tiring”

The exhaustion marker is designed to alert you when price may be:

stretched

overextended

losing momentum speed

It’s not a “predict reversal” tool — it’s a risk awareness tool.

Best use:

If you’re in profit and an exhaustion warning appears:

tighten risk

consider scaling

respect the possibility of a pause/pullback

9:20 Bias Badge (If Visible)

If your build includes a 9:20 bias badge, it is used strictly as:

informational context

a quick read of overnight/pre-market posture

It is not intended to block signals or suppress execution.

It’s simply a “market tone” snapshot to help you interpret the open.

(If you don’t see it on your chart, then it’s not part of your current release build.)

The Ribbon + Bull/Bear Markers (Trend Context)

Ribbon = “Trend + Structure Filter (Visual Context)”

The ribbon is designed to help you see:

whether the market is flowing in a bullish structure or bearish structure

when momentum shifts

where price is interacting with structure zones

BULL markers

show bullish structure/flow conditions

BEAR markers

show bearish structure/flow conditions

Use the ribbon/markers as:

trend context

confirmation support

“don’t fight the flow” guidance

Visual System Overview (What You’ll See)

Trend Ribbon (Market Posture)

The ribbon defines the dominant trend state:

Teal Ribbon → Bullish posture

Red Ribbon → Bearish posture

Gray Ribbon → Compression / no-trade zone

Tip: Signals are strongest when the ribbon is not gray.

Trade Arrows (Early vs Confirmed)

Early Signals (Hollow Triangles)

Hollow 🔺 = Early BUY

Hollow 🔻 = Early SELL

Purpose:

A heads-up that conditions are aligning. These are not full confirmations and do not trigger targets.

Confirmed Signals (Solid Triangles)

Solid 🔺 = Confirmed BUY

Solid 🔻 = Confirmed SELL

Purpose:

These represent validated trade entries and are the only signals that activate the TP ladder and alerts.

Take-Profit Ladder (Confirmed Signals Only)

When a confirmed BUY or SELL occurs, the optional TP ladder prints:

 TP1

 TP2

 TP3

STOP

Designed for structured trade management, not guesswork.

Optional “Keep Only Most Recent Ladder” mode keeps charts clean.

Floating Execution Badge (MTF Awareness)

A floating badge appears on the right side of the chart showing the strongest active signal across watched timeframes.

Badge displays:

Timeframe

Execution Type (STRUCT / EXEC C1 / EXEC C2)

BUY or SELL

Probability % (70–90%)

Badge Colors

Teal = BUY

Red = SELL

Gray = Standby

This ensures you never miss a signal on another timeframe.

Exhaustion Risk Badge (Observer Only)

A yellow EXHAUSTION badge appears when probability strength begins to decay after a peak.

EXHAUSTION = risk awareness signal

Does not cancel trades

Does not force reversals

Best used as a risk-management reminder, not an exit command.

24-Hour Futures Behavior

Designed for continuous futures trading

Handles Globex + RTH naturally

Uses a futures-style trade-day reset (default 18:00 exchange time)

No NYSE-only bias required in Futures mode

Alerts

Alerts are available for:

Confirmed BUY

Confirmed SELL

Recommended: “Once Per Bar Close” for cleaner alerts.

(SCALPING)RED STARS LOCATION TOP OF BEARISH CANDLE

(SCALPING)GREEN STARS LOCATION BOTTOM OF BULLISH CANDLE

1. Trend Ribbon Cloud (Context Wave)

A blue / red / gray wave behind price.

Blue – bullish environment / buyers in control.

Red – bearish environment / sellers in control.

Gray – balance / transition / chop.

Use it as your background context:

Many users focus on long plays riding the blue wave,

and short plays riding the red wave,

while treating gray as caution / reduced size / wait-and-see.

The wave is context – it does not force trades, it helps you frame them.

 2. Arrows & TP Ladder (Core Trade Path)

You’ll see several arrow styles that walk you through a potential trade:

Early arrows (TINY)

First hint that a new push or reversal may be forming.

Good for “heads up” rather than “must-enter-now.”

 Confirmed arrows (CONF)

Printed only after the system has multiple layers of agreement behind the move.

These are your primary direction markers.

 Continuation arrows (C1 / C2) EXECUTION BADGE

Show trend-following opportunities after a confirmed move: C1-PULLBACK → RESUME.

C2 MOVE PUSHING FORWARD

Useful for scaling in or catching the second/third leg of a trend.

When a confirmed arrow prints, you’ll get:

 TP ladder (TP1 / TP2 / TP3) – clean, stepped targets.

Stop line – visual invalidation for that confirmed move. UPON YOUR SETTINGS

The ladder and stop stay on the chart until a new confirmed ladder replaces them, so you always know:

Where traders might reasonably scale out, and

Where the system considers the idea broken.

 3. Impulse Stars RED/GREEN, RED/GREEN STARS POWER PUNCH! Yellow Continuations & IMP TP Line (BLUE LINE)

This is the “GIG IMPULSE” heart of the system – built to catch real bursts, not noise.

 Impulse Stars

Red star above a candle – strong down impulse (bear drive).

Green star below a candle – strong up impulse (bull drive).

Stars trigger when a candle shows a true expansion:

Strong range, strong body, strong volume, and a decisive push through structure.

Think of a star as:

“This CANDLE MATTERS. Something real just hit the tape.”

Yellow Continuation Arrows (Impulse Follow-Through) TRADABLE NOT RECOMMENDED

After a star, you may see yellow continuation arrows in the same direction:

These highlight follow-through in the impulse direction,

Showing where price is accepting that new level rather than immediately rejecting it.

Traders often:

Use the star as the “engine ignition,” and

Use the yellow continuation arrows to stay with the drive (as long as it keeps confirming.)

 IMP TP Line (Impulse Target)

A single blue line labeled IMP TP.

One per impulse – the newest star takes control of the blue line.

Plotted at a conservative distance from the impulse candle (internally tuned around ATR).

Common use:

As a first objective after a major burst,

Or as a scale-out guide when stars + yellow arrows are active.

You can toggle the Impulse TP line ON/OFF if you want a cleaner chart.

 4. Order Blocks (Bull / Bear Zones)

You’ll see rectangular zones extended right from key bases:

Bull Order Blocks – potential demand zones below price.

Bear Order Blocks – potential supply zones above price.

Key behaviors:

Blocks appear where the system detects a strong move launching from a base.

As price revisits, blocks can be:

Respected (hold/bounce),

Mitigated (tapped and weakened), or

Broken (invalidated and no longer important).

The engine can track up to 10 bull and 10 bear blocks at once, giving you a full map of active zones without overwhelming the chart.

You can turn all order blocks on/off with a single setting.

 5. Exhaustion Badge & Invalidation “X”

This is your risk alarm system near the edges of big moves.

 Exhaustion Badge

A special marker that appears when a move is stretched and statistically tired.

It doesn’t call tops/bottoms, but it does say:

“Probability is shifting – continuation is now riskier, be careful.”

Use it to:

Tighten stops,

Trim / lock in gains,

Avoid initiating fresh trades into the exhaustion zone.

 Invalidation X (Trend Break Companion)

Paired with exhaustion is the red “X”:

Appears when the system considers that trend state effectively broken.

It’s the visual “you’re late now / this move is done or unsafe” marker.

Many users treat it as:

A hard filter for new entries in that direction, and

A strong signal to be out or heavily reduced if they were in.

 6. Floating Execution Badge (MTF Decision Panel)

How to Read the Signals (3-min example)

 Impulse on 3-Minute RED/GREEN STARS

A star on a 3-min bar = a true drive bar. The market just made a statement. Traders often look for:

Fresh breaks of key levels

Strong follow-through on the next 1–2 bars

Using the IMP TP line / ladder as a first target roadmap

 C1 Continuation

C1 says: “Trend is intact, first pullback is holding.”

Traders usually treat C1 as the cleanest add-on in the direction of the last confirmed move, as long as structure and context still agree.

 C2 Momentum Continuation

C2 is “extended continuation” – the trend is still pushing, (but it’s later in the leg).

Often used for shorter holds / partial adds, watching more carefully for stalls, exhaustion, or the X.

 Structure Buy (or Struct)

These print when price is turning from a key structural area (major level, zone, or block).

Traders typically focus on:

Reaction at that level (strong acceptance vs immediate rejection)

Whether higher-timeframe context agrees before leaning heavier.

 Early (on any timeframe)

Early = heads-up signal, not a requirement to act.!!

It tells you: “conditions are lining up for a possible move here.”

Many users:

Mark the level

Wait for CONF / continuation / impulse to join the story

Use early prints to be emotionally ready, not over-aggressive!

Inputs let you adjust:

Horizontal offset (move the badge right/left)

Vertical lift (higher or lower on the screen)

Size (Small / Normal / Large)

What you can customize (safe knobs)

All core logic is locked. You can safely tune visuals and a few toggles:

Ribbon bull / bear / neutral colors

 TP Ladder – ON/OFF

 Impulse TP Line – ON/OFF

 Order Blocks – ON/OFF

 Execution Badge position + size

 Exhaustion marker vertical offset

How traders typically use this system (non-advice)

Start with the Execution Badge + Ribbon

Is the badge:

Is price surfing the blue wave, red wave, or gray chop?

Watch for CONF arrows in line with that context

Prefer CONF arrows that agree with the badge + wave.

Use the TP ladder + stop line as a visual game plan.

Respect Impulse + Continuation!

When stars + yellow arrows light up in your direction

Use the IMP TP blue line and TP ladder for scaling decisions.

Respect Exhaustion & the X

When exhaustion + X appear, treat new trades in that direction as high risk / low edge.!

Many traders choose to protect profit rather than chase.

(SCALPING)RED STARS LOCATION TOP OF BEARISH CANDLE

(SCALPING)GREEN STARS LOCATION BOTTOM OF BULLISH CANDLE

It does three big jobs for you:

Finds and tracks “real” order blocks (big institutional pushes)

Times entries with intrabar arrows (no waiting for candle close)

Shows impulse scalps with RED/GREEN stars, lightning, and an impulse TP line

Ribbon is Trend Based

Main Visuals & What They Mean

 Order Blocks (OBs)

Green box = bullish order block (demand zone)

Red box = bearish order block (supply zone)

Blocks are created only on large impulse candles:

Big range vs ATR

Strong body (not a wick)

Volume spike

Stretch/break of prior swing

Fill-% label

Inside each active block you’ll see a small % label:

Starts near 100%

Counts down toward 0% as price trades through the zone

The box disappears

The % label disappears

The slot is freed for a new block

OBs give you your key liquidity zones and “where the big boys hit the tape.”

 Impulse Stars RED/ GREEN

These show you exactly which candle created the block.

GREEN star below bar = bull impulse bar

Red star above bar = bear impulse bar

As soon as a candle meets the impulse criteria, the star appears

Use these as structure anchors and for reading momentum.

Impulse Burst Lightning + Impulse TP Line

On top of the OB impulse logic, has a visual impulse burst engine:

Small yellow lightning below bar = strong bull impulse burst

Small yellow lightning above bar = strong bear impulse burst

These are visual-only; they do not gate arrows or TP ladders.

They tell you: “This impulse is strong enough to deserve your attention right now.”

Impulse TP line

When an impulse burst fires, also plots a single impulse take-profit line:

Horizontal line drawn from current bar into the future

Distance = 0.70 × ATR from the impulse entry (more conservative scalp target)

Color: distinct line (you’ll see it separate from your normal TP ladders)

This is your quick scalp target off the impulse itself.

 Trend Arrows (Entry Engine)

There are 3 arrow families:

Early arrows

First heads-up that the system sees structure + momentum lining up

Appear intrabar as soon as early conditions are met

Ribbon does NOT gate these anymore (can fire in bull, bear, or gray)

First confirmed arrow (what we called the “flip”)

This is the big one:

Declares a new trend (CALL or PUT mode)

Starts the main TP ladder

Starts continuation logic

Fires intrabar as soon as everything lines up — no waiting for bar close

Continuation arrows (C1/C2)

Confirm that the active trend is still healthy

C1 is more structure/ATR based

C2 is more momentum/window based

These are decided on bar close (one check per candle) so they don’t spam

 TP Ladder (main trend targets)

When the first confirmed arrow fires:

spawns a multi-level TP ladder above (for longs) or below (for shorts)

Targets are spaced using ATR multiples, tuned for trend continuation

The ladder persists until:

Trend is invalidated

New confirmed trend replaces it

So you effectively have:

Impulse TP (0.7 ATR, quick scalp line from the impulse engine)

Trend TP ladder (multi-step targets from the main arrow engine)

 Ribbon (visual-only trend context)

Light Teal ribbon = bullish pressure

Light red ribbon = bearish pressure

Light gray ribbon = neutral/chop region

The ribbon helps you see trend structure, but in this build:

It does not block or gate early arrows, confirmed arrows, continuations, or impulses.

You can treat it as a bias backdrop, not a hard rule.

 Execution Badge & Chop Badge

You also have a floating execution badge panel:

Shows multi-timeframe alignment (your watch TFs in the inputs: e.g. 3m/5m/15m/60m)

Helps you see:

Are most TFs trending the same way?

Or are we mixed/choppy?

The chop badge warns when the system detects bad conditions:

Low trend quality, mixed signals, or failing filters

Basically: “proceed with caution; this is not clean trend.”

These are informational only — they don’t block signals in this build, but they’re a strong hint about quality.

How to Use It (Simple Playbook)

For a new user, here’s an easy workflow:

Zoom out & read ribbon + OB zones

Note where the green/red OB boxes are above/below price

Note ribbon color to get a feel for trend vs chop

Watch for impulse stars + yellow lightning

When you see red star above a bar inside/near a red OB, you’ve got a clean bear impulse

Yellow lightning on that bar = extra confirmation that the push is strong

Look for trades from OB zones in the direction of the impulse

Wait for the first confirmed arrow in that direction

That arrow is your official entry signal

It will start a TP ladder and tell you “trend mode ON”

Manage with continuation arrows + TP ladder

Use continuation arrows to stay in while structure holds

Scale or take profits at TP levels

If you prefer faster exits, use the Impulse TP line (0.7 ATR) as a conservative target when an impulse just fired

Respect the badges

Strong directional execution badge + no chop = higher-quality setup

Chop badge lit + mixed look = be picky or size down

Choose Your Trading System

Three professional execution systems built for clarity, confidence, and consistency.

Get Started

We built VeraTrade so beginners could trade with the same structure professionals use — without feeling overwhelmed.

The VeraTrade System's team is comprised of Clint Floyd and Nicole Durant. VeraTrade was coded, designed and tested by Clint Floyd, the architect of the VeraTrade Flow and VeraTrade Impulse systems. Nicole Durant leads the System's business operations and interfaces with the trader experience. Clint and Nicole met once — on a cruise — and what started as a simple conversation turned into a three-and-a half-year partnership built on trust, friendship, and a shared belief: trading success shouldn’t feel overwhelming or out of reach for the average trader. Clint brings deep technical and market structure expertise shaped by eight years of study at the University of Arizona. He has spent years building trading systems and also uses the Systems trading daily. Nicole, a business entrepreneur of 28 years, brings the voice of the non-experienced trader — focused on simplifying, questioning, and making sure the system works for people who are still learning as much as for those who are seasoned. Together, they built VeraTrade so traders can follow a calm system — from first entry to final exit — without noise, confusion, or guesswork. Today, everything we do is guided by one simple idea:
We care about your success as much as you do.
No Noise. Just Execution.

Sincerely,
Nicole Durant & Clint Floyd
VeraTrade
